Sensational! Love-Humor-Action-Werewolves and more

Out Of The Dark is SENSATIONAL! Quinn's writing has already caused many of us to seek her books. The relatable characters, storyline, thriller and romance just keeps getting better. There is a lot to be said when you can create characters of different personalities such as docile, strong, witty and just straight-up evil.
In this sequel, Decebel and Jennifer realize that being together is challenging. They are growing weak without each other and the witch's spell is endangering any possible reunion. The pack is doing everything possible to get their family together and with Sally as their healer; Vasile sends her to learn everything possible from an OLD dear friend.
There are many surprises in this book...I laughed and was touched by the love and loyalty and then found myself tearing up for both heart warming and heartbreaking moments.
Congratulations Quinn on your continued success with your characters and storyline. Its no wonder you have amassed the fan base you've got. This series is a must read! You will not be able to put it down.

Breathtaking!!

I can honestly say there are only two series that I compare to this book in rankings of favorite series of all time. And even Harry Potter and Tigers Curse, I find myself loving the Gray Wolves Series a little bit more.
Out of the Dark starts pretty much where Just One Drop left off. Left to die, Jen is rescused by mysterious, well, rescuers. Confused and unsure to where Decebal, not just a flea ridden furball, but HER flea ridden furball is, Jen reaches out to Dec, and realizes not only is she separated from the stubborn wolf that she FINALLY showed mating signs with (talking through their bond), but they also have no clue where she is.
Decebal, surrounded by his pack, as well as best friends to Jen, Jaque and Sally, tries desperately to locate Jen, amidst the aftermath of the unusual fire that destroyed the gathering, and while trying to keep everyone safe.
From bad, to much worse, Thad, who along with the Serbian pack, has not died, has enlisted the help of one of the worst creatures he could have. And unlucky for the Romanian pack, she seems to want them, and two in particular, just as badly.
When a curse, meant for Fane, hits Decebal instead, followed quickly by another, the situation gets dark. I'm not going to spoil anymore, or explain just how bad said curses get, but I tell you now, Quinn Loftis has done it again.
Oh, there's also the teeny tiny problem that Sally is feeling a draw to a certain, unnamed, vodka pouring fur ball.
This story contains so much that you rarely see in the fourth of a series. Speaking for many readers, series usually have a great start, and get gradually worse. This series, gets better.
Filled with humor, romance, beautifully written, Out of the Dark is one of the better books I have read in a long time.
But then again, when you mix three southern belles, aka Sally, Jaque, and Jen, throw in some protective, yummy fur balls, pour some evil villains, and sprinkle on just a bit of magic, not only do you have an amazing recipe, but you have Out of The Dark.

This book picks up right where the last one left off. Jen is injured out in the woods where the healer Rachel, thought to be dead, finds her. Decebel, Jen's mate, is out of his mind with worry. Through their thoughts Jen makes him promise to help her friends to safety before coming to look for her. He reluctantly agrees. Rachel and her mate Gavril rescue Jen and take her back to their home to care for her. Jen is able to tell Decebel who she is with before he is hit with a couple of curses from the evil witch. Two curses, one to make him forget all happy memories (yes that includes his mate), and the other to make it so he is the only one who can find Jen. Since he cant remember his mate, he cannot track her via smell.
Under the advisement of the fae Peri, Rachel severs Jen and Decebel's bond. They do this so that she will not be able to feed him any information as to their whereabouts. The witch not only seeks to harm the Romanian pack, but to acquire a healer. Rachel and her mate have been in hiding for a very long time and cannot risk being found by the witch.
Severing the bond turns out to have dire consequences. Both Decebel and Jen become very sick. After a long trek in the woods Peri the fairy leads Sally, Costin, Cynthia, and Decebel the the place where the veil to fairy is, but is found by Gavril who delivers the news that Jen is dying. Costin and Gavril go back to retreive Jen to bring her to Decebel. They return the following morning, and all of them go into fairy. With several blood donations from Decebel Jen is able to hang on to life by a thread. The only way to for sure save Jen's life is to for her and Decebel to finish the bond with the blood rites. Jen will not do this until Decebel has his memories back, and Decebel will not get his memories back until he loves Jen again. Will Jen's pride become the death of her? Will Dec ever get his memories back?
If I tell anymore I will be giving too much away. I love this series. The characters are great, and I always find myself laughing at the things these girls say. The story is compelling and the writing is very good. I look forward to reading the next book in this series.
